Founded in 2020, Coast Finance is a locally owned and operated finance brokerage based in Newcastle, proudly servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region. We offer a full suite of lending services, with a focus on building strong, trusted relationships and delivering smart, tailored solutions for every stage of life or business.

Our process

Step 1: Understand your goals

We start with a no-obligation chat to understand your financial needs, whether you are looking to buy a home, expand your business or looking to refinance. We’ll ask the right questions to get a clear picture of your goals.

Step 2: Providing tailored lending solutions

Based on your objectives we research and compare loan options across a range of lenders. We’ll then present you a short list of finance options that are transparent and flexible to best aligns with your needs, cashflow & timelines.

Step 3: Secure the right loan

Once you’ve made your choice and are read to proceed, we will handle all the finance application and communication with your lender. We will keep you informed every step of the way and will be by your side to make it the whole process as smooth as possible.  

Step 4: Documentation & Settlement

We coordinate the required paperwork and work directly with the Lender, Solicitor, Accountant and any other parties to ensure there is a smooth settlement and loan drawdown process.

Step 5: We’re here for the long term

We stay connected fully beyond settlement and are always here to answer any questions, review your lending and assist you with future needs including changes as your business and life evolves.
